Natalie believes firmly in the transformative power of art therapy in healing and expressing what words cannot, and is deeply passionate about working with children and youths. Contained was inspired by her clinical encounters of children creating rainbows, self-regulating through sand play and filling bottles with paints as an attempt to contain their experiences amid their familial challenges.
